Yo Momma!

First of all Happy Mother's day to all of you out there! I had a great weekend first of all Sat morning we went to Miss Pay's first gymnastics recital it was too cute and she did so good, I know she will be great at this if she sticks with it, she is so eager and willing to try anything. Anyway after that my MIL invited us for a fish fry at my SIL new house - which for the record is gorgeous! So that evening we enjoyed some loving fried bass, freshly caught I might add :)
Then we went back to our new pad and I did a little bit more decorating. I am trying to decorate slowly I am learning there is a fine line between "Homey" and "gaudy" and I am trying not to cross it! So I hung some pictures and put away a few more boxes and then decided to call it a day....oh ya I am forgetting the fact that Mr. Doodlebug is teething and he is MISERABLE and fussy, even some mommy love could not comfort him....he made me earn my mommy wings this weekend...ahh Patience....bless his heart though really he just screams oops I mean cries constantly and this is so not like him....please pray that tooth breaks thru soon, so I can get some sleep..I am so deprived right now hahaha....anyway back to my weekend. So Sunday I slept late 8:30 woo hoo ...well that was late for me :)
My man got up and hung our new light fixture for the entry way it is a pretty stained glass number I love it :)So I woke up with a pretty light! We took it easy really all day and then went back to the SIL to have a lovely fajita dinner. My man's BIL did a awesome job, and they have such a bad ass kitchen for hosting family functions/parties I took some pics so I should have them tomorrow to post but until then this is a great lil family pic of them....enjoy. And by the way my SIL makes some killer guac!! :)
