Ok guys we are suppose to be closing on our first home today, it is a big change for us but a change for the better I hope I am nervous and scared we are set to close at 2:30 I just hope our cool realtor doesn't give us any more "suprises" I haven't talked much about the house b/c I didn't want to jinx it....I am nervous typing about it now....just everyone send good mojo this way just for today :) I will update later :)

Good Luck. I know its a scary thing. I will never forget the day I closed on that little house in Smalltown.
Did you know its for sale right now? If I had found a job in Houston and was ready to move, I'd buy that house back in a heartbeat. Even if they are asking $36,000 more than what I sold it to them for.
